SLAV ADAM LEIBIN
Kintsugi Leadership

MY STORY of Connecting the Pieces

Hi there, I'm Slav, an organizational consultant and storyteller that integrates ancient Japanese wisdom into modern leadership strategies.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold—a process that transforms flaws into beautiful strengths. My passion for this philosophy drew me to cultivate it in my own professional journey as a CSM, Training & Development Manager and Entrepreneur in the tourism industry. I believe that great leaders emerge from adversity and should embrace and celebrate imperfection, just like the artisans who mend broken pottery.

My mission as a consultant is to weave the lessons of the Kintsugi mindset into the fabric of leadership, empowering leaders by dismantling and then mending communication patterns, relationships with teams and stakeholders, as well as work and time management habits.  I firmly believe that conflicts, rather than being obstacles, are opportunities for growth.

Kintsugi Leadership Accelerator

Management is a mindset, not just a role. The Kintsugi leadership accelerator is based on experience based learning that includes psychology inspired methodologies and personalized feedback designed to take managers to the next level.

The Kintsugi Leadership accelerator journey contains 3 phases-

  1. Breaking: Self mastery
In the 'Breaking' phase, we focus on Self Mastery — an opportunity to identify and break away from old leadership habits, understand the setbacks of our leadership style, and nurture a growth mindset. We embrace the challenges, recognizing them as the starting point for transformation.

  2. Mending and grouping the pieces
The second phase focuses on deconstructing the leadership puzzle and practicing the leadership toolkit. We will be  experiencing Kintsugi based feedback, working with team strengths, leading with impact and building resilient relationships.

  3. Zoom out to see the whole

The third phase enables us to zoom out and explore the leaders we strive to be for our organization. We will practice brave conversations and find the "golden lining" in collaborative work.

Business storytelling

In a world that has a messaging benchmark of short, concise and impactful, storytelling is a fundamental skill for managers and employees who want to leave a mark. Kintsugi inspired stories embrace the complexity of challenge that builds on strength. In this journey we will craft powerful stories and practice public speaking.
